As is standard with downloadable products we have a No Refund policy, therefore we strongly recommend that you download the free previews before you purchase to make sure they are what you want.
We provide a high quality SD (standard definition with watermark) preview version for you to review closely for technical and aesthetic properties.
That being said, we know it is not a perfect world as we are on the leading edge of new multi media technologies and there are sometimes "hiccups" with the final delivered product. It is important to us that you receive what you paid for so if there are any technical or similar problems we will take care of those issues right away.
